Rob McCormack has been a Managing Director at Mustang Ventures since 2004. Rob has spent 10 years in the venture capital industry with prior experience at Trident Capital, Integral Capital Partners and Morgan Stanley Venture Partners. Previously, Rob served as Director of Business Development and General Manager of the Capital Markets Group at Risk Management Solutions, the leading provider of catastrophe risk assessment software and services to the insurance industry, and as a Production Engineer in Japan at Murata Manufacturing, a multi-billion dollar manufacturer of electronic components. He received his B.S. and M.S. from Stanford University.

Dr. Leonard Liu has been a partner at Mustang Ventures since 2004, while also serving as the Chairman & CEO of Mustang portfolio company, Augmentum, Inc., a software development outsourcing firm with offices in Foster City, CA, Shanghai and Bangalore. Leonard has spent 30 years in the systems industry, with a history of developing innovative computing technologies into successful businesses. Prior to founding Augmentum, he served as president of ASE Group of Taiwan, a provider of IC test and packaging services, having held roles as Chairman and CEO of Walker Interactive Systems, COO of Cadence Design Systems, and President of Acer Group. He was an early champion of outsourcing to India and China at Cadence and Walker. Leonard began his career at IBM where he was responsible for the creation and implementation of SQL and AIX, the first RISC chipset, and the management of CICS and SNA, eventually overseeing the worldwide Database and Language lines-of-business. He received his undergraduate degree from National Taiwan University and his Ph.D. from Princeton University.

Steve Leong currently serves as a Managing Director at Mustang. Previously, Steve co-founded Mustang portfolio company, Touch Media, and served as CFO of the company from its founding through the successful completion of an $8M Series A financing. He earlier worked in the New York offices of BNP Paribas, J.P. Morgan Securities, and Salomon Smith Barney where he advised companies on leveraged loan, high yield bond and private equity transactions. Steve received his B.A. from Connecticut College.

Raymond Feng joined Mustang Ventures in 2006 and currently serves as a Vice President. Previously, Raymond worked as a senior engineer at Microsoft and Shanghai Wicresoft, a joint venture between Microsoft and the Shanghai Municipal Government. Raymond received a B.S. in Management Information Science from Tongji University, a B.A. in International Economics and Trade from Fudan University and an MBA from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business with a semester as an exchange student at Darden Graduate School of Business.

Quinn Taw currently serves as a Venture Partner at Mustang Ventures. Quinn brings more than 15 years experience building and managing advertising agencies in China, Taiwan, Japan and the U.S. Quinn¡¯s past experience includes Executive Director for China Media Exchange (Publicis), Chief Strategy Officer for GroupM China (WPP), Managing Director for Zenith Media, Beijing, Founder & CEO for FlyingColor Group, Media Director for Starcom/Leo Burnett in Tokyo and Manager of Strategic Planning in DDB Needham in New York & Taipei. He received his B.A. from San Diego State University.

Michael Peng currently serves as an Associate at Mustang Ventures. Previously, Michael served as Branch General Manager at TNT China, Marketing Supervisor in Yinhua Fund Management, a leading Chinese mutual fund management company, and as an Investment Manager at Wuhan Yangtze Entertainment Development. He received his B.A. from South-Central University for Nationalities and his MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
